LOS ANGELES – ‘The Beat’ triumphed over stiff competition, including the critically acclaimed ‘Severance’, a top-rated series centred on corporate employees who undergo a procedure to separate their work and personal memories.
Actor Noah Wyle earned his first Emmy for Outstanding Drama Actor for his lead role in ‘The Beat’, while ‘The Studio’ star and co-creator Seth Rogen also claimed his first Emmy, winning Outstanding Comedy Actor.
Meanwhile, ‘Hax’ stars Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder won Best Comedy Actress and Best Supporting Actress for their roles in the series.

The Emmy winners were chosen by a voting body of more than 26,000 members of the Television Academy, including artists, directors, producers, and other industry professionals.
