Muscat: At Yoga City, a key hub for yoga enthusiasts, the past five years have seen a transformation—from yoga as a solo fitness trend to a worldwide movement promoting conscious living and global unity. “At Yoga City, we have witnessed yoga’s incredible journey over the past five years—from a personal wellness routine to a global movement for conscious living, unity, and hope,” said Samyuktha Arun, from Yoga City.

“This year’s theme reflects a global vision of harmony, resilience, and responsibility. It highlights how the ancient practice of yoga offers a timeless solution to some of today’s most pressing challenges—from climate change to mental health,” she said.

This year’s message calls on individuals to act with intention—not just for personal gain, but for the collective good. It reminds us that healing the planet begins with healing ourselves.

“It highlights how the ancient practice of yoga offers a timeless solution to some of today’s most pressing challenges—from climate change to mental health,” Samyuktha emphasised.

Yoga teaches us that when we nurture our bodies and minds, we are also nurturing the world around us. It encourages mindful living, conscious choices, and a lifestyle that supports sustainability and compassion.

Through breath, movement, and meditation, we reconnect with ourselves and with nature. Yoga cultivates empathy, fosters inclusivity, and bridges communities across cultures, faiths, and generations.

“”One Earth, One Health” is more than a theme—it’s a call to action. A call to live with purpose, to care for the Earth as we care for ourselves, and to recognize that healing the planet begins with healing within,” she explained.
