MUSCAT: Four people were rescued after a fire broke out in a building in Wilayat Muttrah.
The firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department (CDAA) in Muscat Governorate were able to carry out the rescue operation using a hydraulic crane.
The recused civilians were given immediate and necessary medical care and all of them are reported to be in good health.

Efforts taken by the firefighting teams to extinguish the fire are ongoing, the CDAA said in statement.
