Knowledge Oman President to speak at University of Technology and Applied Sciences

MUSCAT: Knowledge Oman President and the Head of Well-being at Sahwa School, Balqees Al Hassani, is all set to speak about the “Journey, Opportunities and Challenges ahead” at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Adam Hall, in Nizwa on 22nd of  February 2022. This will be the first session Knowledge Oman team will be conducting at the premises of the academic institution after being away for over 2 years due to the pandemic.

“I am excited and look forward to speak to the students and the academic staff about the journey, opportunities, and challenges that await and are ahead of them in the future. What they need to know, do and prepare in order to succeed post covid 19” said Balqees Al Hassani.

Balqees session will revolve around the journey, opportunities and challenges that every student will encounter as they embark into work-life. Balqees will share practical personal experience encountered as she experienced leaving school, graduating from a university and consequently leading community initiatives and the well-being of one of the largest private schools in the country.

Despite being part of Knowledge Oman for 4 years, yet Balqees was promoted as its President few months before the pandemic where the platform’s activities and operation were ceased and moved to online. “We have been completely focused on delivering our knowledge-sharing sessions online due to the pandemic. I am pleased that we are getting back on track to doing what we do best by delivering sessions physically and interactively to the society” added Balqees.

Over 400 students along with staff members of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences are expected to attend the session which will be conducted at Adam Hall at 12pm.
